GMP-Compliance-Specialist

Lubecafill offers state-of-the-art pharmaceutical contract filling services with the aim of redefining quality and efficiency. Our facility in Ergene, Tekirdağ, is being established as an international production centre and focuses on the manufacture of liquid pharmaceutical formulations.

As part of this strong business growth, we are looking for a skilled team member for our Quality Assurance department to fill the role of ‘GMP Compliance Specialist’, who will play an active part in ensuring full compliance with GMP standards and possesses the following qualifications.

  • A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering, biology or pharmacy
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in audit processes
  • Good command of English to participate in meetings with international clients and explain relevant topics during audits
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • A team-oriented, disciplined, meticulous and dynamic approach to work, as well as strong communication skills
  • Residence in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or the surrounding area, or a willingness to live there
  • Support with the planning, organisation and conduct of regulatory and customer audits through coordinated collaboration with the relevant departments, as well as preparing the plant for audits
  • Support in defining corrective and preventive actions following regulatory and customer audits, through coordination with the relevant departments and monitoring of these actions until completion
  • Active involvement in the planning, organisation, reporting and CAPA follow-up of internal audits and supplier audits
  • Support in addressing the requirements and quality specifications of national and international customers and regulatory authorities through internal and cross-site coordination and communication with the relevant parties
  • Active involvement in risk analyses and GAP analyses for all processes at the production plant
  • Assisting with the preparation and finalisation of quality and technical agreements with national and international customers and suppliers
  • Ongoing quality assurance work for production materials and other suppliers of materials and services that affect quality
  • Conducting risk assessments on nitrosamines, elemental impurities, and the acceptance of new products and auxiliary raw materials
  • Support in the implementation and ongoing development of SOPs and work instructions within the department’s remit

Purchasing specialist

Lubecafill offers high-tech pharmaceutical contract filling services with the aim of redefining quality and efficiency. Our facility in Tekirdağ Ergene is being established as an international production centre specialising in the manufacture of liquid pharmaceutical formulations.

As part of this strong organisational structure, we are looking for a capable colleague to fill the role of ‘Purchasing Specialist’, who will work within our Finance Department and play an active part in our purchasing processes. We are seeking a qualified candidate with the qualities listed below.

  • A degree in engineering, for example industrial engineering, chemical engineering or similar, or in business administration.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Practical experience in carrying out accounting processes, as well as a thorough understanding of the relevant procedures.
  • Experience in supplier management, price analysis and cost control.
  • Experience in purchasing laboratory consumables and chemicals.
  • Experience in the procurement of machinery, equipment, capital assets, spare parts and maintenance services.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes.
  • The ability to cope with pressure and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, discipline, attention to detail, dynamism and strong communication skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and excellent ability to keep track of tasks.
  • Residence in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or the surrounding area, or a willingness to relocate there.
  • Carrying out the company’s procurement activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Managing suppliers’ tendering processes and carrying out price and cost analyses.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Lubecafill offers high-tech pharmaceutical contract filling services with the aim of redefining quality and efficiency. Our facility in Tekirdağ Ergene is being established as an international production centre specialising in the manufacture of liquid pharmaceutical formulations.

As part of this strong organisational structure, we are looking for a competent colleague to fill the role of ‘Mechanical Maintenance Technician’, who will work within our Technical Services department and play an active part in mechanical maintenance processes. We are seeking a qualified candidate with the qualities listed below.

  • At least a qualification from a vocational college for industry or a degree from a vocational university in a relevant field.
  • At least two years’ experience in the installation and maintenance of production machinery in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to carry out various welding tasks.
  • Ability to read technical documentation for machinery and carry out fault diagnosis.
  • A willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal development.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and on a shift basis.
  • For male applicants: completion of military service.
  • Residence in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or the surrounding area, or a willingness to relocate there.
  • Installation of new production machinery and equipment, as well as active involvement in the commissioning processes.
  • Carrying out regular mechanical maintenance and inspection work in accordance with the schedule.
  • Prompt initial response to any faults that arise and ensuring that they are rectified.
  • Monitoring the work carried out by subcontractors on projects and ensuring compliance with the company’s standards.
  • Carrying out maintenance and repair work in accordance with GMP and health and safety regulations, as well as handling all associated documentation processes.
